The Shift is a vibrant and dynamic church ministry specifically designed for young adults between the ages of 16 and 30. Our mission is to create a shift in the UK and beyond, as we seek to empower and equip young people to be agents of change in their communities and the world. The ministry aims to provide a safe and welcoming space where young adults can grow in their faith, and explore their unique purpose and calling.

At The Shift, we understand that young adults face unique challenges and struggles as they navigate through the transition from adolescence to adulthood. Our ministry is tailored to meet these challenges head-on and provide support and guidance to help young adults thrive during this critical phase of their lives.

Our vision is to see a movement of young adults rise up across the UK and beyond, bringing hope, love, and transformation to their communities and beyond. We invite all young adults who are looking to deepen their faith, connect with like-minded individuals, and make a difference in the world to join us at The Shift.

At The Shift, we believe that young adults have a unique role to play in shaping the future of the church and the world. Our ministry provides a platform for young people to explore their faith, ask questions, and find answers in a safe and supportive environment. We are passionate about helping young adults discover their God-given purpose and encouraging them to use their gifts and talents to make a positive impact.

We meet every Tuesday for prayer time, seeking God’s guidance, wisdom and direction for our lives, and intercede for our generation and the world. Our Thursday services are a time of worship, teaching, and fellowship, where we come together to celebrate our faith, grow in our understanding of God’s Word, and build meaningful relationships with one another. Our teachings are relevant and relatable, and our worship is energetic and uplifting, creating an environment where young adults can experience the transformative power of God’s love and grace.

In addition to our weekly gatherings, The Shift hosts various events and activities throughout the year, including social gatherings, outreach opportunities, and service projects. These events allow young adults to connect with others, serve their community, and impact the world around them.
